I recently decided to add more protein to my diet to help build more lean muscle mass in my weight lifting. Anyway, I thought it might be time to go back to my childhood and try again peanut butter. For me, ideally I wanted to be organic, because peanuts are a high pesticide crop, and / or may be genetically modified. I also wanted a version with no trans fats (hydrogenated oils) of any kind. Besides, I do not want to be one of those ooey-gooey peanut butter healthy food that looks like a science experiment gone wrong when you open the bottle because the oil is separated, and what must a man every time.
