Natalia Rose has been certified in clinical nutrition at New York City for years. She has been and continues to work with models, actors and media personalities to help them keep in shape for the camera. During that time, has made amazing discoveries and advances to help everyone get healthy, lose weight and maintain it, looking for new beautiful skin and more energy. In his book, "The Raw Food Detox Diet," which provides public information on what has been saying to the models and actors for years. The book takes you through all the pros and cons of raw food diet and how to transition safely into it. She answered many questions that people have been asking her, and makes it as easy as humanly possible for someone to change their lives and health.
I started the raw food diet in January, but still bought this book as I felt I needed help because my pointer and food choices seem to be too repetitive. His five-step plan certainly revitalized my diet practice, and I can see how we can help any of those just beginning to those who have already started, but lost on the road.
The great thing about the comfort of knowing that you're reading the information from someone who knows his stuff, but it is written so that you do not have to be a scientist to understand it. I like things to me in clear, simple as I can remember without a dictionary, and I think the book meets very well.
In short, I have and will recommend this diet to everyone I know. Now that I read this book, I will recommend as the best place to start and sustain the motivation! Since this is a consideration, what would you ll say that four out of five stars.
