Cook Yourself Thin Recipes

I recently decided to add more protein to my diet to help build more lean muscle mass in my weight lifting. But as someone who follows a healthy "NMP" lifestyle lifestyle (eating a flexitarian way that helps you enjoy all your favorite foods in the comfort of their healthiest ways) – to write about my book where his Cheeseburger and Keep Your Health Too – I need to be more creative in finding ways of the protein in my diet. By the way, to learn more about "OWN" check the FAQ on my site http://www.healthyeatingcoach.com/faqs.html.
Anyway, I thought it might be time to go back to my childhood and try again peanut butter. For me, ideally I wanted to be organic, because peanuts are a high pesticide crop, and / or may be genetically modified. I also wanted a version with no trans fats (hydrogenated oils) of any kind. Besides, I do not want to be one of those ooey-gooey peanut butter healthy food that looks like a science experiment gone wrong when you open the bottle because the oil is separated, and what must a man every time.
Whole Foods Market to the rescue! Their store brand (365) of peanut butter which had complied with these requirements – functional, with no trans fat and no shake. Available in cream or crunchy (the latter is my preference) – http:/ / www.wholefoodsmarket.com
Spread in the whole grain bread, whole grain bagel half, a whole grain waffle, or slices of apple, banana or celery. Whatever your preference, this peanut butter is delicious and has a great consistency and makes it healthy as possible.
Another good peanut butter for those of you who do not care about their peanut butter green (like my husband – if we have two jars of peanut butter in our home, because he likes and I like creamy crunchy) and not No buy natural food stores like Whole Foods Market, old Skippy Natural creamy or crunchy in varieties and is another good trans fats, without shaking election – http:/ / www.peanutbutter.com / natural.asp (calendar, please mind that organic does not equal)!
ADVISORY BOARD OF MELANIE: Yes peanut butter is a rich source of protein, and a source of "good" fats, but is high in calories, so that some control is essential. If you have trouble knowing what a piece of peanut butter is really like me, just take a spoon and measuring two tablespoon serving size of the nutrition information on labels and put it in your desired destination for food that may visualize it. Do this until you can easily eyeball the right, so get all the benefits, but in the correct amount.
